What's in a Blog? [blog intro]

Hi all! This blog is primarily going to be quotes from and some dialogue about books, movies, games, and other media I stumble upon. 

As of writing this (9/21/25) I'm at college, so my personal media consumption is at an all-time low... But I'll be working through my backlog of things in my journals to post. I want to have a better record of the things I find meaningful because they currently get buried in my journals.

I might include tangentially related topics too--refusing to include any discourse for my own wellbeing LOL--but you might hear about my tbr shelf, cd & dvd collecting, some creative non-fiction/essay excerptsI write (a big maybe), my ponderings on whether to spend a ridiculous amount of money on video games despite not being a gamer, asks for music recs, etc etc etc.

So welcome! I always welcome comments unless I decide to turn them off one day because being perceived is frightening!
