You come from poison,

You think about me,

I know you do think about me,

Or else why would you ask to befriend me ?

Why would you take subtle glances and be so carefree ?

Why would you check on me after nine months ?

If you didn’t have something to say but your throat carried a lump,

You’re poison,

Not with venomous fangs or deadly stings,

You were never one of these things,

You’re poison,

You linger,

You leave whispers,

You pull the trigger,

I drank your poison,

And it left a scar in my mouth,

And you knew this with no doubt,

That you’d kill me someday and run away,

Becase you’ve had enough of your prey,

You hunt your entire life and expect others to surrounder,

Only for them to leave you with the void growing louder,

I bet it must be hard to be you,

So full of nonsense and nothing else,

It must be pouring heavily through that hole,

And you have nowhere to hide under as you lost all control,

You’re drenched, soaked,

Your story never ends the way you hoped,

And you write another one,

And push others to dry you up,

As they drink your poison from the same cup,
