I guess this goes for any game now, but Left 4 Dead 2 is my favorite videogame, and it has a problem with losers joining versus lobbies and being a toxic tryhard. Like votekicking someone in versus games for just existing; bro bro bro are you aware that you are a daft piece of shit.
I mean ffs half the time if they aren't doing that, they're joining up on quickplay and speedrunning. Like at that point just rename yourself on steam to "Glaze Me" LOLL
That's why i just play solo now. Most of the time it's sweaty nerds being toxic for no reason, or people getting angry because they've been replaying the same chapter for 4 hours straight on expert.

Idk about left 4 dead but I've seen instances where people feel the need to sweat their asses off in a game where there isn't even like a leader board or ranked mode and it's actually wild
