rant because i cant go to anybody about this

i hate bow i am unable to go to anybody about this kind of stuff anymore. i have a huge crush on one of my friends, my girlfriend has a crush on them too. i wanna be affectionate with my crush but they have a partner. i wanna stop going to my girlfriend about them because its not helping her at all, and i also kind of need this emotional support for this shit. its all overwhelming me, its bugging me
