Today, nearly one year ago i strictly started playing CS and haven't stopped since.
I am pretty proud of how far i've come since i quit CS2 back when it replaced CSGO and here i am again, stronger and better than ever :D
I remember the funny and brainnumbing 4-7k elo lobbies with all of my friends who may or may not have given up on the game, but me and my homeboy Pasi have been ballin B)
I trained pretty regularly and never lost focus on the game and i evolved from a 6-8k elo to 12-13k elo player :D
Yes i know i am not a pro but i have put a lot of money and effort into making this possible and i think for nearly a year this isn't a bad process B)
However it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows even though i love this game with all my heart, cheaters plagued the lobbies even on FACEit, barely any real development, i started to miss my beloved csgo, subtick making even the most obvious headshots not possible and the reason i quit CS2 back then, the spray patterns feeling very odd.
But i still made memories, friends, my reflexes became top notch even irl, my upgraded my setup just because of CS, i got a shit ton of cool ass skins including a cool looking knife and my Gardenia, i've good pretty good aim and sorta decent spray control (it became decent because i enjoyed skate too much T_T) and i became a pretty good player and all of that in just a year :D
The game had a lot of challenges but i wanted to conquer this game and i am pretty satisfied how i climbed the rocky and spikey ladder of the CS career, starting from old CSGO knowledge which 90% of which i forgot and a dream to become good at the game B)
My game hours shifted from barely 300h in late 2024 to ~1350h today :D
It was all worth it considering there is no game that makes just as much fun (and breaks me mentally) like CS and i hope to reach 17-18k and even a good FACEit level B)
tanks for readin :D
