what if I texted my youth navigator going "heyyyyy i'm like miraculously real good at the mental healthing now, you can just close my case now, i def don't need anymore appointments, i value your job and ilysm"? because the last time I tried to have my case closed, i sort of said "i think your job is a waste of taxpayer money and i hate you and want to stop my appointments, you've not helped me at all" and that actually got me more appointments :( so i'm thinking maybe i need to do the opposite.
