Hii! Tip for my fellow mobile users! Open spacehey on web browser huge help and difference!! Try that and you see your problem solved! (View recent blog) if not there maybe a connection or internet issue!!
In Android I think it's much worse, SpaceHey Mobile uses the old Android WebView thing which makes some profile layouts, like mine, look worse. It works fine on Chrome mobile or Firefox mobile though.
I recommend just using the your browser on mobile, but it's worse than the app on basically everything, sadly.
