Dreams

It's been a while since I had a dream this vivid. Usually, the only dreams I remember are the recurring nightmares involving teeth. Here's how they play out. I would wake up, just as if it were real life, then I'd walk to a mirror to wash my face as I normally would. When I open my mouth, that's when the terror starts. Sometimes, it would be a dark empty space characterized by the absence of teeth. Other times, my teeth would fall off, one bloodied tooth at a time, until I was left with nothing but bleeding gums.

Thankfully this one isn't too scary.

I dreamt that I was in an airport. I see the figure of a girl --blonde hair, wearing a blue sundress-- on one of those long corridors with windows overlooking the planes. It was a person I've never met in real life. But in the dream I recognize her from faraway with a great sense of familiarity that spoke of an intimate history. I run up to her. Grab her shoulder and spun her around. The motion feels natural. She sees me and her eyes widen, full of emotion. Shock. Joy. Longing. For some unknown reason, we had lost contact with each other. We then fall into an embrace and sob in each other's arms. There was a great sense of relief --a profound feeling of wholeness.

I wonder what it could mean?

Thats a horrid and silly dream , I dont want you to overthink and go through to psychosis my friend so i will tell you. Your body is stressed,YOU are stressed and it manifests in our dreams that makes twitch and turn in your sleep.

Try showering before sleep and if you like milk have a warm glass of milk before bed. Try watching something funny before bed!
