My day

Today was pretty normal. I usually practice badminton on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Saturdays I have band. Fridays are a little busier—I tutor a girl in fourth grade (I’m in seventh), and my cousin Alex always comes over too. This Friday we played Roblox because he wanted to, even though I wasn’t really into it. I was supposed to tutor the girl after, but she wasn’t in the mood, so we just decided to skip the math class.

Not long after, the ice cream guy came around the neighborhood. Alex and I went outside to look for him, but he was already gone. It wasn’t a big deal though, since he usually passes by again later. After that, I practiced for band because I’m still new and want to make a good first impression. Our teacher is pretty strict—especially with the boys—so practicing at home makes me feel more ready.

And now, I’m just sitting at my desk, typing this on my computer.
