Not Dead Yet

Heyooooooooooo

I'm not dead. Just mostly dead.

Anyway, University started and it is kicking my ass. Senior classes here are sooooo0000oooo much harder than high school senior classes. Though I am in some pretty intresting classes. I wanna do better in them but my school was one of the many schools that got fake active shooter calls the second week of school, then all the stuff going down in Utah, I'm exhausted and struggling to do mundane things like homework when the world is on fire.

I met with a online schooling coach and she gave me 3 ways to keep myself going.

1. Don't forget why you started this journey.

I wasn't sure how to answer this because I went to college because my parents wanted me to. But I think the reason I settled with the major I chose is because it is foundational to everything that i want to do. Do I wanna be a business major, no but I need to know how to run a business to sell my art. I also need to know this to I can help my families small farm business.

2. You're almost done, claw your way through this.

If this was like my 2nd year I would probably take this semester off but I really only have 2 semesters left. I am so close and well sunk-cost and all that.

3. Do the hard things first.

Start with the hardest class first so you have the most time for it. It also means everything gets easier from the start.

I also made a weekly schedule but I kinda hate it so I'm gonna meet with my coach again to get help making one. If you have any tips or tricks to doing hard things let me know.
