REGIONAL ANOMALY DOSSIER

Designation: TX-Ω Zone

Location: U.S. State of Texas

Primary Phenomena: “The Thousand Graves,” “The Sky That Watches,” “The Burning Blood.”

Clearance: Level 5 Only

OVERVIEW

Texas represents a Type-IV Anomalous Zone: high in scale, diversity, and violence of manifestations. Unlike other regional anomalies, Texas does not appear to be ruled by a single entity but rather a convergence of multiple overlapping anomalies some territorial, some migratory, and some planetary in scope.

MAJOR ANOMALIES

1. The Thousand Graves

Stretch of desert outside █████ County where unmarked graves emerge overnight. Graves contain intact skeletons not tied to any missing persons database.

Soil analysis indicates each grave is older than recorded human presence on the continent. Grave density increasing annually.

2. The Sky That Watches

Reports from central Texas describe nights when the stars are “too close.” Civilians claim to see faces or eyes staring down.

Astronomical instruments fail to capture these anomalies; only direct human perception is affected.

Several suicides linked to individuals claiming the stars were “calling them home.”

3. The Burning Blood

Subterranean reservoirs in western Texas periodically erupt with crimson fluid resembling petroleum mixed with human plasma.

Contact induces religious mania and visions of “cities beneath the desert.”

Cult groups have attempted to weaponize it as both fuel and sacrament.

CULT PRESENCE

Oil Eaters: A sect that believes fossil fuels are the “blood of a buried god” and must be consumed until the corpse awakens.

The Cattleless Herd: Individuals who brand themselves and wander highways at night, chanting hymns to “the Horned Mother Beneath the Asphalt.

Unnamed Astral Cults: Loosely affiliated groups fixated on the “Sky That Watches,” often astronomers or ex-NASA personnel gone rogue.

ORGANIZATION OPERATIONS

Containment efforts are considered impractical due to Texas’s sheer size and anomaly density. Current protocol is management, not elimination.

High-clearance facilities disguised as oil refineries monitor “Burning Blood” eruptions.

Mobile strike teams respond to emergent cult activity around the Thousand Graves.

Research stations embedded at universities monitor astronomy cult recruitment.

LIBERATOR’S COMMENTARY (Filed ███████)

“Texas is not a battlefield. It is a hatchery. The things beneath it are not yet born, but they are restless. Every grave is a seed. Every star is an egg. Every drop of burning blood is amniotic fluid. The state itself is pregnant, and one day, it will deliver. What comes out won’t be American.”
