twilight and the vampire diaries addiction

I have been watching these shows and movies for the past 10 years. its not even like I watch them once every 3 years or something, EVERY MONTH I WATCH THEM ON REPEAT. I dont understand how or why I keep finding them interesting enough to go back to and every time I feel the same amazing sensation as if im actually in their worlds. Id love to experience it in real life but sadly the chances of vampires being real are low. 

in general, edward over jacob and damon over stefan, anyone who disagrees is wrong. I have merch too but im not sure if I want to wear it in public because of how much hate these shows get, ive been trying to get one of my sisters to watch it and shes like 15 and hates it on the first episode like girl give it a chance.
