Why do ppl keep calling me Marisol and she/her every time I dress masculine. I wish I could tell everyone that I go by he/him and Marcello/Marcel when I feel like a boy but I'm worried that Im going to get judged by others. I also HATE my body I'm kinda sick of looking feminine, thick, having tits, etc.. oh and I especially hate my voice. I wish I had voice therapy, and a binder and a packer. I WISH I was just BORN A GUY so I wouldn't have to deal with this shit. I hate my gender dysphoria. It feels so  damn hard being genderfluid. I feel like every single thing I do makes me less manly. I just want to cry and let everything out but I keep holding it in..

its ok to cry. its great to cry actually! release some of that pressure!

in reality your body doesnt make you any less masculine when you want to be a guy. UNFORTUNATELY society is very cisnormative :/ but the truth is that parts/body shape/voice arent what make or break gender. theres cis guys who dress and act feminine and are perfectly comfortable and happy with how they choose it interact with femininity and feel no less manly. theres cis women who dress and act masculine who are perfectly comfortable and happy with how they choose to interact with masculinity and feel no less womanly. race also plays a factor, as well as culture

but i understand. i deal with dysphoria too (my gender is complicated for reasons. like im cis but im not). i just want you to know that you are no less male at any point just because of your body. whatever anyone else says, you are whatever gender you say you are, period

i hope you can get a binder and packer soon! trans euphoria is absolutely beautiful and i wish people would focus more on the positives of being trans! not that the negatives should be ignored but i feel like its used to fear/hate monger... im rambling at this point, sorry LAWL

you can do voice training on your own btw!! look up tutorials on youtube and stuff! one way to work on lowering your voice is this: sit up straight. tilt your head back slightly (like, one degree up from looking straight ahead) and hum the lowest note you can. slowly tilt your head down until your chin is resting on your chest. that's where you should be able to hum your absolute lowest note. slowly raise your head back up and sustain the note for as long as you can. it will probably be uncomfortable at first. do this several times a day and once you feel comfortable, start trying to speak in that low tone. if you keep at it several times a day for a few weeks you'll start noticing a difference!

you can also try to sing along to music thats lower than your usual range (dont worry if you cant carry a tune in a bucket, thats not the point). sing from your diaphragm, not your chest

you might sound a little goofy at first (youre going to notice it more than other people will, generally. assholes might point it out. you dont owe them an explanation. only the people you trust need to be aware so they can support you, IF you want to tell anybody). dont let it discourage you. youll get better and better with practice and before you know it talking in a lower tone will come naturally

seriously, make it fun for youself! try to imitate dudes in movies and shows and stuff! give characters goofy low voices when you read aloud to yourself or little siblings or whoever! ^_^ more practice = more comfort

much love to you 🩷🤍🩵
