The new school year

Hello guys, today I had a normal day, and I was scrolling through YouTube shorts after school and saw how some people have such cool outfits and the audacity to wear them in public. I haven't worn a dress in a year, only on certain occasions and some people styling their clothes a certain way that looks stunning! I wish I could build up my confidence to get to do that and not care about what others would think of me.
