A lil bit of studying

I just wanted to ask for some advice when it comes to studying :(

I'm in a Heath Science Practicum class, I want to be an MA but I feel like I'm not very good at holding the information longer than for the moment I'm in class. I was wondering if anyone had an idea on how to keep the info to stick because I don't want to forget the simple and important stuff once I'm an MA. Please and thank you!! :]]
