I Drink Tea Almost Every Day

A mug of tea in front of my sister's laptop. I drink tea almost every day, usually while doing what I have to do on the laptop. For sugar, hmm, two and a half tablespoons is usually enough, or less. I'm pretty restrained with sugar, I don't want my sugar tolerance to be high.

The same thing applies to coffee too, especially if I have added creamer. How about you? Do you add creamer to your coffee? My mother drinks coffee most often, almost always with creamer. We don't like buying coffee outside, it's better to make it yourself. Prices are crazy now.

I learn every day and I need either tea or coffee to learn hehe. Don't forget, with music too, I always listen to it on YouTube. I don't smoke, I'm actually against it, but of course I have felt it several times in the past. As for vape, I have never tried it, seems weird to me.
