Is there smth wrong with my voice or what-

Now i just turned 17 in July and got roblox vc few months ago and the amount of pople i've met thinking i am a child is uncountable. my voice is high pitched and i just generally sound like 12 year old. and i kinda stutter or dont pronounce some words right since english is not my first language , that makes people think even more that im 8 year old or something.  I for that reason avoid talking as i get trolled alot but its still really annoying since i prefer talking over typing usually. there probably isn't a solution for it but yeah its hard to meet ppl as they think im a child or smth. its super frustrating:/
