what really is a blog post? an essay? a couple emails stitched together? something short and silly? I’m new to the whole blogging thing, I usually just lurk forums and newsgroups

think of it as yr own personal diary & sandbox for whatever pops into yr head ig
(i use mine to post layouts n code snippets mostly)

I personally write mine like diary entries, but people post basically whatever they want. Rant, post some art, take some pictures, analyze something you love- it's whatever. Just remember, it's your blog. No right or wrong way. :D
