Anyone else having a hard time getting back into the routine of working out fully? I keep slacking one or two days of the week & I feel like it completely throws mt body for loop. Any tips or tricks to remain energized even while not wiring out ?

Discipline. Nahhh, just honing your greatness. All of this energy, potential and time u have. Just 10 mins a day is all it takes twin.
