does anyone else bite their nails off then stab them into your gums or am i just weird cuz ive been doing this like the past year and ive never seen anyone else do it
IT HURTS BUT ITS LIKE GOOD PAIN IDK, it does definitely make my gums hurt A LOT so i should probably stop

could be some sort of a stim or like something to do with a disorder (some anxiety disorders cause hair pulling so???)
im not a doctor so dont rely on me for this
