VFX Editing 101

Hi!
As i metioned previously im working as VFX specialist making workshops about motion capture and virtual production. Maybe someone struggle with editing your videos or maybe you want add an explosion to your scene or something and you stuck in the middle of the task?

Because why not, maybe it will help somebody as when i needed help with this stuff about 15 years ago when i tried add some monsters to my videos and there were no tutorials on YT how to do it
