What is it like to use a button phone in 2025?

I´m using only button phone since like April 2025. What is it like to use old Nokia in 2025? It´s not a bullshit, it´s a life style! It is true that i sometimes put a SIM card in my smartphone (OnePlus Nord CE4 lite 5G, the best phone i ever had), because every now and then I get the feeling that it´s 2025 and I should move with the times a little. I was afraid that I would miss it a lot, and I must admit that even after six months, I still haven´t gotten used to some things. For example, when I´m waiting for a bus or train, I have a terrible problem just sitting there and staring ahead without starting to scroll Instagram or Facebook (which I actually can´t on button phone). That´s one of the things that bothers me about using a dumb phone in 2025. Another problem is that you can´t just Google any information you wan´t or find timetables everytime and everywhere you want. The only things, that the phone can actually do is only call and text and play some music. The camera is often really bad. :P Another disadvantage, the one that annoys me the most, is the way young people look at you in public, as if to say "Jesus, what kind of loser is that?". Your friends, classmates and from my own experience, even random passers-by, simply make fun of you all the time. But let me move on positives. You have a lot of time for everything. You will beggin to perceive the world around you more. You will start communicating more with your loved ones. You can only access the internet at home from your computer at home and maybe on public networks from your laptop/tablet somewhere in cafes, at friend´s houses at school and similar places. That´s great because you´re not constantly bombarded with social media notifications like "someone posted a new photo in the mirror with duck face" and so on. You are only on the internet when you want to be, not nonstop even you don´t want to be. When you watch TV, you watch TV and don´t scroll through TikTok at the same time. When you read a book, you just read a book and you don´t text with your friend at WhatsApp at the same time. You simply do one thing at the time don´t constantly focus on the screen. Everyone should try to live like it´s 2011 in the big 2025.
