Recently I finished Resident Evil 4 (2023), and I've been thinking of playing the original game it was based on. I've heard good things about the overall atmosphere of the game but some mixed answers on how it plays. I want to know your opinion on it, although I'm probably gonna play it eventually.

It's usually best to play the original first, if you can. I'm playing through it again at the moment. It's probably going to be rather clunky for you.

It's great. Basically the only thing that takes a bit of getting used to if you're coming from modern games is that you can't aim and move at the same time, so it's a lot more about creating distance and then closing that distance for a finisher.
