I need suggestions of the best desktops for FreeBSD and Linux,
excluding (LXDE, MATE, XFCE, KDE, GNOME, LXQT), and,
if anyone knows of interesting projects written in Rust let me know please, thanks :3

For a while I was a big fan of Fluxbox, and JWM isn't half bad either, though IceWM is better. Window Maker is also still maintained and light as ever, but it's as weird and quirky as it's elegant. Worth a try just for kicks though, if you have the time and energy. Hope this helps!

I tried them, I liked WindowMaker but it's super weird, now I'm using i3WM I installed it yesterday

I personally use KDE, if you have a really low end machine I'd recommend LXQT or XFCE, if you don't, MATE or Cinnamon, if your machine is a midrange KDE is really great (tho I used it on my old Core 2 Duo before with the Intel G41 igpu and the experience was flawless)

If you are a Mac user GNOME or ElementaryOS would be really good for you

For cool programs written in Rust, here are few:
https://starship.rs/
https://the.exa.website/
https://github.com/sharkdp/bat
https://github.com/BurntSushi/ripgrep
https://github.com/sharkdp/fd
https://github.com/XAMPPRocky/tokei
https://github.com/dalance/procs

For the desktop environment, why did you exclude all of these? And have you considered using window managers only?

My pc can't run these, and, the ones that ir can run are boring, like LXDE, LXQT, or XFCE

while i don't know of any done in rust, the deepin desktop experience is really beautifully done. I've used deepinOS before, but I'm not a fan of the structure. I'd much rather run arch + dde.
