Watched The gift yesterday. Pretty creepy. The whole time I was rooting for "the bad guy" & absolutely hated the protagonist not the wife but the husband cz my god was he an absolute entitled piece of shit. But the "creepy neighbor" was nice. In the end tho not so much 💀 But the ending still didn't make me sympathize with the husband cz he was a piece of shit & deserved what happened to him. But I did feel for the wife. And it was too long imo. 2 hours was too much for this movie. They could've cut some not so important scenes out. I watched it after listening to this true crime case that is very similar to this movie. But overall not bad but not amazing either.
