Rx experiment: what's the difference?

So I'm going to be running a little test on myself. Yesterday, I accidentally forgot to fill my morning on-the-go pill box (Bupropion 300 XR) so I was off of it all day. I think I'm going to take today as well and try to make observations about what changes in my mental state and my executive function, see what --or even if-- changes there are. I wanted to change up my dosing time to evening anyway, so I guess that even though I wanted to do this on my weekend, today is as good a time as any.

Observations from yesterday:

- Definitely more distractable, a lot harder to hold onto thoughts

- sounds and song pieces stuck and echoed more, harder to ignore

- More brain noise

- Very easy to spiral, had to yell at myself in the car when I got stuck in one.

- easy to get stuck in the Internet

- Very tired, had afternoon caffeine for the first time in... A month?

-not as bad of cottonmouth as I have been experiencing.

I'm not terribly excited to see what today brings, but I also very much am. I'll update tomorrow, and make observations from the next medicated day as well.
