looks can be decieving (featuring rain)

i was looking out my porch today and i noticed that while it was sunny outside, it was still raining. not a drizzle as well but quite sizeably. it was an odd sight considering that i've been conditioned to thinking that sunny weather meant no rain and vice versa. i took a video of it with my phone, but strangely it didnt capture the rain, only the sunny sky. to the uneducated viewer it would look like it was completely sunny out, but i knew for a fact it was still raining. this reminded me of the phrase "looks can be decieving", in that something may look nice but end up being the opposite.

lesson learned: buy a new phone with a better camera next time
