Heyyy, I recently applied for a job to work as a chain market employee. They were SO DESPERATE for workers bc the old employees (including the manager) quit at the same time except one employee, so I got the job immediately with 2 new employees (2 days after). It has been 6 days since I started working here, and I think I got used to it too fast. Normally, it's not an easy job to adjust your life to. But most of the summer I was at home ALL DAY staring at my PC, and now I have a job with sincere and understanding coworkers (PLUS A FRIEND). The only cons are that my feet hurt so much because we can’t sit down in the store for too long, and we have so much to do. And the mean, selfish customers freak me out (but they’re not so common at my store). Aside from these things, it’s cool to have conversations with the nicest customers and my coworkers. ALSO EARNING SUM MONEY TOO 💕💕. If I’m being completely honest, it feels nice to not rot in my room all day and to do something for myself. I’ve never felt happy from not having time to be bored. Feels good to have responsibilities 💃
It’s so upsetting that I have to quit after 4–5 months because I need to study for university exams. I hope the job stays like this and nothing bad happens while I work here.
