Been meaning to write more blogs so im going to yap about rollercoasters, and more specifically why tatsu is my favorite rollercoaster. Tatsu is a flying coaster, meaning you are facing downward as you ride, simulating the feeling of flying. It might sound uncomfortable; and the old vecomas and zamperlas definitely are, but b&m worked their magic and the restraints are surprisingly comfortable. Onto the actual layout, it is absolutely bonkers, the lift hill feels way higher than it actually is as the hight increases quite quickly as it goes through the forest off a hill, and because you are facing downwards you feel much more like your about to fall off, and you get an awesome view of the surrounding mountains. After this it sends you right into a 2 inversions that whip you around like crazy and some turns that send you flying, all while giving you an insanely beautiful view of the park. Then comes the pretzel loop, easily the most insane element on any coaster ive ever been on, it sends you down facing upwards and when your at the bottom of it, the amount of g's you get while laying down is absolutely insane, no other coaster feels anything like that (other than flying dinosaur i guess but that's all the way in japan so i doubt ill be able to ride it any time soon) After that you go through another inversion and some more twists and turns then the ride is over. Hope i can make it back to magic mounatain one day, although the time i went a few years ago i got like 6 rides on it so i cant complain too much
