Being sad is such an interesting thing to me, sometimes I really want to cry but I just can't. I don't mind most of the time, but sometimes it freaks me out. A lot of things make me sad especially being abandoned, or thinking that somebody has abandoned you. It's really hard to get over something like that, especially when you [thought] you had a strong connection with a person. I personally struggle really hard to get over that, but having people that you're able to talk to does help (for me personally). Having music with lyrics you relate to on, or listening to other peoples experiences with the same thing helps for me too since it makes me feel seen and understood. I like to write about whatever emotions I'm feeling, thoughts I have, or just honestly whatever is bothering me at the moment. Writing down my feelings allows me to come back and reflect later or it just allows me to let it all out. I hope this gives ideas on how to let your feelings out for those who need it.
