I bled my name into your skin,
a carving where the stars beginĀ
your breath, a blade against my throat,
a vow in every scream you wrote.
You touched me like a funeral hymn,
with hands of glass and aching limb.
I drank the flood beneath your ribs
and found a sea of sharpened fibs.
Your kisses tasted much like rust, sweet iron dreams, bone-bound in trust. We danced in veins beneath the floor, two hearts, one rot, forevermore.
I pulled your ribs apart like gates, and whispered love through shattered plates. You smiled with maggots in your cheeks, and promised death in velvet weeks.
Our hearts, now meat, beat out of time, but still we love in blood and grime. In death we hold, in flesh we bind, your teeth in mine, our souls entwined.

I think it's very inspiring. Incredibly sensual...looking at this, I understand that I have something to strive for.
