An exercise in venting.

So, you know how they have those surveeys they give you about your in store experience at certain places? well... fun fact, those surveys actually can affect that person. If they get enough negative surveys in a row it can affect their job.

so, i got one the other day. Now, I'm the kind of person that if i do something wrong, you can call me on it. I do try to accept criticism as well as praise. But when we read her survey (for the sake of this I'm going to call her A) It was clear that she used me as the scapegoat for her problems with where i work.
To sum it all up, she has an allergy to something within Lysol (which we spray in the back, and leave the door open when we clean.) and some of the customers (Not the employees, mind you) told her to keep the door closed so the heat doesn't get out.

i should also note that we don't use Lysol to clean the store. and even if we did we clean the store before we open or after we close.

In response, I ended up writing this piece of poetry.

and if you see this A, you're a selfish wench.

What do you do
when a day goes smooth
why is it always at the end
that things go wrong
where did i make a mistake
to where you took out your rage over years
at an entire company
out on me.
it's funny, you see
because you think that your background somehow
makes you better
that your accomplishments make you different
that you'll be able to stand out from the crowd
of people that i see every day
but no. that's a bigger lie than Mark McGuire saying he never took steroids
you won't be living rent free in my mind
but, you've pissed me off and today i have time
for you and those like you, needy, selfish, complaining all the time.
it will take a lot more than you and your kind
to defeat or dissuade me.
