Horror movies for Halloween season

I really like horror movies, but it's getting harder and harder to find good, non-generic ones. Many are copies of other more famous films, the horror films that I think are very good but undervalued are of the found Footage type.

I have a few movies that I happen to really like.

Chilean horror film from 2023, which follows a trio of girls

from a black metal band in the 90s, in the forest of southern Chile, to record their demo, but they end up recording paranormal phenomena that become the basis for the final track of their album.

The Monkey

It's a horror comedy film based on a short story by Stephen King, which tells the story of two brothers, Bill and Hal, who find a cursed toy monkey that causes bizarre and satirical deaths whenever someone winds it up and it plays the drums.

IT

A group of children band together to investigate the mysterious disappearance of several young people in their town. They discover that the culprit is Pennywise, a cruel clown who feeds on their fears and whose violence originated centuries ago.
