Is her brain rotting

So first she takes my panties, wears my panties. Now she's taking my shirts and turning off my air-conditioning.

She talks to herself or "voices" and yells at me about hearing someone say something mean. Says she doesn't wanna hurt me, indicating she's going to. 

Threatens me because I disagree or tell her shes wrong. 

I don't understand how she could possibly think she deserves nice things, she doesn't. I'm almost positive she's gonna start getting physical, instead of just hurting me emotionally. 

I can't lock my door because she kicks it open, so I literally have no safe place I can go to. 

She's ruined everything and still think she deserves the home she has. She doesn't have a job and all she does is be a meanie. My grandma pays for everything. 

On top of all that my mom asks for money from her know we're broke
