I'm literally throwing up but my mom still made me attend a doctrine.

I've been sick since last night. I woke up with my head feeling like it's going 360, and my stomach felt like it was doing backflips on a waterbed. I threw up my breakfast cuz for some reason, my body was NOT having it today. I had a fever that's been on and off since last night. My eyes feel like they're about to fall out of my skull. I am literally suffering but my mom STILL made me go to a doctrine for the religion that she's been FORCING me to convert to. I don't know what to do anymore. Please, tell me what to do in these situations.
