Yuri being called a Yandere is mischaracterization

Yuri is not a yandere and i wjll fight my kife for that cliam, firstly a yandere is way more obsessive than yuri, the only reason why yuri was somewhat obsessive was because she was corrupted and it literally tells us that she is disgusted by the amount of obsessiveness her corrupted self had.

Yuri doesnt hurt anyone, which is a major part of a yandere, yes she was rude to natsuki and monika but she was not violent. She was not a yandere

She is a little bit obsessive even in act one when you romance her but thats because she felt isolated and when someone came to her and had an actual interest in her, she didnt want to lose that. but she wouldnt go so far to actually hurt someone

Monika is fhe Yandere. not yuri.
