I have been on a caloric deficit for 92 days now. Haven't cheated a single day and im pretty sure my brain/cravings work differently now. I never want any sweets or chips when I walk down the aisles and prefer actual food, although I do consume protein shakes and bars, which is kind of healthy if you think about it.
I don't even want to lose weight but I like feeling less full and lighter on a daily basis espcially when im walking around campus and dont want to be bloated or full every few hours. I hate oily foods, anything that's too processed because it makes me feel horrible and you dont even get full. Im happy its working overall and I dont see it as a diet or anuthing its just how my lifestyle is now.
