How Do I make New Friends??

The school year started and I have barely any classes with my friends. I have a class with 2 of my core friends but I have none with the others of our group. Our lunch times aren’t the same except for 2 of my friends but we aren’t really close. I do have lunch with one of my friends in the core group and we have all the same teachers but different periods, which is the absolute worst. Hallway time to switch between periods is only 4 minutes so there is literally no time to talk even if we see each other. It’s been two weeks since school started and I have been a lonely bum. Yes, I am just at school because it is the law and I’m not there to socialize but finding partners and groups is crazy hard if I have no friends. I used to be great at making friends, but I’m not 7 years old anymore 😭. I don’t really know how to start a conversation with someone about similar interests, especially if I’ve never met them before and have no idea what they’re interested in. Someone please help me!!

It's okay, I believe in youuuu! 💗 just try to make conversation, we wouldn't be friends if you didn't. It's a totally normal thing, and you can make new friends if you try. luv u sm 🌺🌺

i was going to say you are alone on this untill i relaized that you werent hehe, this is a common issue which exist on most ppl, even i do. i literally have 2 school friends, and i geniuenly dont care about them its just im friend with them so because i wont be alone in school. why these 2? because they are the only person that doesnt use bad words in class.. and guess what? this year they started using bad words too. but i cant leave them cuz i would have no friends then so i have to stick like this untill the end of school

hope you understand this a0.5 english lol
