side note: yes you heard that right! im gonna be living in Japan for a few years with my big fat cat and my husband ♡＼(￣▽￣)／♡

chapter 1: the flight (；￣Д￣) . . .

to be completely honest.. it wasn't actually that bad.. OK LISTEN!! it was about a 13 hour flight from [my state] to Haneda, Tokyo with a BIG ass suitcase and a little carry on suitcase. I'm really thankful I sitched my seat last second because for those 13 hours, I had the two seats next to me AND the seat behind me COMPLETELY EMPTY! ᕙ(  •̀ ᗜ •́  )ᕗ 

we were all given blankets, pillows and slippers to cope. I attempted to make the flight as comfortable as I possibly could by grabbing the pillows in the empty seats and sleeping the majority of the flight. when I wasn't lying in a really uncomfortable position for hours at a time, I was either enjoying mediocre plane food or watching the minecraft movie and trying really hard not to burst into laughter everytime jack black would open his mouth. (ᵕ—ᴗ—) ((I got half way through the movie before falling asleep again))

also I'm so glad I didn't bring my cat into Japan just yet (its a long story but I'm going back to the usa to grab him :'3) because holy fuck customs is the WORST?? I noticed there was a separate line for people bringing in animals but still.. flying 13 hours AND THEN filling out a bunch of paperwork.. HELL. ON. EARTH. there were so many lines and so many fucking people AND PEOPLE HERDING OTHER PEOPLE AHGHGHBG IT WAS AWFUL!!
