Am I in the wrong, or is he?

Is my friend in the wrong for getting mad at me bc I keep bringing up this boy that he used to like, on how he wants to start over with me. I liked the guy first and everyone at school knows. Now the guy doesn’t want to start over bc of my guy friend, bc they’re friends too but doesn’t want to lose friends bc of me and him. I’m heartbroken. Fuck my “friend” we ain’t even friends anymore.
