My sister does her own nails, so she has a fair share of knowledge in keeping them long. She uses this cuticle oil to keep her cuticles hydrated (of course), but she says it also promotes nail growth. She also mentions she doesn't pick underneath her nails as often, which keeps the white of her nails and her nail shape even. I also remember her taking hair, skin, and nail supplement gummies.
