Im actually fixing my sleep schedule??

So lately I don't even know what's changed, well a few noticeable things have, but for some reason I've been having the strong urge to just go to sleep at 10:30 and actually... stay asleep for a healthy amount of time? I honestly can't even remember the last time I consistently got more than 7 hours of sleep for longer than a few days, so I'm embracing this newfound internal bedtime clock LOL. Ive been keeping at it for a few days now, and the positive effects already are surprising, is this what it feels like to be well rested??? Its also almost entirely eliminated my habit of taking frequent naps throughout the day which always made me feel lethargic and even more drained, so I'm practically a new person. Get your sleep y'all, it really does matter

waaaa I'm glad your body clock is fixing up!! I feel something similar sometimes as well.. I can't help when I'm too tired or too restless but when my energy is distributed nicely throughout the day all I can think of doing is be thankful and try to keep it up.. Hope you rest plenty and have good days ahead^^
