Astronomy epochs

Ok! So the time after the Big Bang has been divided into 6 epochs:

chaos, hadron, quark, and the lepton epoch, these make up the make up the radiation era which is shortly after the Big Bang. After that the matter era occurred which has the atom epoch, the galaxy epoch and the stellar epoch.

Also now that we’re getting into the long part please excuse any spelling mistakes.

 The Lepton epoch is first cause leptons came into existence only about 1 second after the Big Bang and these things absolutely dominated the mass. It also annihilationed of heavier particles like protons and anti-hadrons.

The chaos epoch happened around 10 seconds after the Big Bang and during this time the universe was extremely dense and hot but i believe it truly gets its name because it soon started to rapidly expand. This is called inflation

After that the the  quark epoch happened. In this time the universe was extremely hot and dense, existing as a quark gluon plasma. This ultimately laid the foundation for all matter in the universe.

During the hadron epoch the universe cooled enough for quarks and gluons to bind together, forming the first hadrons, such as protons and neutrons. I really wish I could say more but there isn’t to much else

 During the atom epoch the universe cooled enough for electrons to bind with atomic nuclei, forming the first stable, neutral atoms(thank the gods) primarily hydrogen and helium. the galaxy epoch saw the first stars form and die producing heavy elements and kind of triggering the reionization of the universe[not kind of absolutely]. Honestly this one should be called the born epoch because this is the one where a lot of galaxies were made as  collections of dark matter and gas slowly making the transition from the dark ages to a star filled universe.and finally the  stellar epoch can be boiled down to when the universe was in its heyday which is good since it’s the one were in now. During this time the universe transitioned from the Cosmic Dark Ages of rapidly formed stars and galaxy’s which included the emergence of the first massive stars and the beginnings of heavier elements through stellar nucleosynthesis. Also our epoch is when black holes were created which isn’t as polite and good. Still when it comes to the grand scheme of the universe this is the best time to be alive
