i havent read it personally but a grind fiction manga ive heard about is called air gear its mostly about teenagers in roller blades and i think they do the occasional spray painting and just screwing around having fun things but i also heard its really unserious at times. obama is in it and he body swaps with an anime girl i think it has an anime?
jet set radio has a modern game coming out soon im really anticipating for but some other games with that cool grind fiction feeling is splatoon and id say sonic adventure 2! splatoon has world building and its own culture with skate culture and just the overall vibes youd like it! sonic adventure 2 takes place in san fran basically which is the heart of skate culture and it even features stuff like rail grinding look up sa2 city escape and watch it! ^_^
