NEED UR HELP WITH ART PROJECT!!!⁠｡⁠*ﾟ⁠+

Hello guys, I am a student of fine arts and I must develop a work for this semester, as a theme I chose "The dilemma of inhabiting a body" in which I will be representing what it means to me to possess a body, The overestimation of feeling, the burden that your own body can become and how something so fundamental to your being and your life can become unpleasant when you live a life overloaded with yourself, when your negative emotions become evident in your body and that feeling of wanting to tear off your skin and bones to relieve yourself even a little.

I still haven't developed the subject well and I feel that I haven't been able to explain it well enough, that's why I need some references that can be useful, the references can be music, multimedia content, books, works of art. 

So If by chance you know something related to the topic that you could tell me I would be more than grateful, also if you would like to share your opinion on the matter or if you have had a similar experience that you wanna share I'd love to 

I feel like this is an approach that isn't talked about much, and that's precisely why I want to do it. I know there are more people like me who understand it and have experienced it :)
