I WANT TO CUT MY HAIR BUT AM A PUSSY </33

So, I have recently wanted to cut my hair, since even if I have a side part that sorta covers one of my eyes it still doesn't feel emo enough for me!! So I want to cut it, I have been wanting to cut it for a good while now, the only problem? am too much of a pussy cuz I feel like I would mess it up, plus what is my mom gonna think! she already has suspicions that am emo, and like yeah I am but she doesn’t have to know...

plus I’ll probably mess it up and I’ll get teased by my friends it’ll I get it fixed but that’s the less of my worry’s, i can handle some teasing but what i cant handle is looking terrible!! I have never cut my hair before so of course am hesitant on doing it now, especially since emo hair has a lot of layers and that bull crap, and i feel like i haven't seen a tutorial that fully convinces me, yah know? most of the videos are from like 10 years ago whit crappy quality and the more modern ones don't really feel like emo hair.... I dont know if this is a common dilemma in the community since i feel like everyone hair magically turns out fire....

so yeah give me tips i guess or an actual good video </333
