Am i about to die?

Its almost 2 am and i live in a forest btw. I keep hearing this sound coming from outside that sounds like something. Like small sounds of groaning??? I am really scared right now and i dont know what it is. Im too scared to go tell my mum too now. My ears literally maximized its hearing once i heard that sound so its making me hallucinate both sounds and sight. Its a constant noise. I heard it again. Can someone maybe tell if theyve heard something like this???
