I have really bad acne, i think cause of a shit ass illnes that makes me have acne almost EVERYWHERE, usually on my nose too so they're VARY visible. And its really tiring to deal with and has no cure or a way to het rid of it permanently. But even with that im just really embarrassed when i slip up and not treat it correctly and so it appears again after it had gone away. I do really try to take care of myself like that but idk whats up, i just forget, and i feel awful about that too. I wanna know what is up with me so i can get the correct help but i just cant rn and it's draining me.
Sorry if my English is bad btw! And yeah, thats the little rant i have :P

I know how you feel, i used to have alot of it too, but I managed to alleviate this by drinking plenty of water and washing my pillowcase once a month.
It didn't solve it 100% but it improved a lot.
