Hii!! So sorry for late reply I didn't check comments I used to skip a lot of meals before and I was very restrictive about calories which probably played a big role. Right now Im trying to do 1 meal per day but its really hard to maintain T_T Personally something that really helped is replacing junkfood/snacks by fruits and drinking a lot of water :D

Late update but I FINALLY managed to get to 44kg! (16 bmi)
- Doing 1 meal per day | It's really hard to maintain tho and even folded a few times :"
- No more than 1000 calories per day (with some exceptions SOMETIMES)
Goal for this week ==> 43kg (15,6 bmi)

Bit late but managed to get to 45kg! (bmi: 16,3)
- Totally stopped eating junkfood (only eating fruits or drinking water when feeling hungry)
- Either doing 2 or 1 meal per day
Goal for next week = 44kg hopefully (16 bmi)
