Been seeing these "sep-dec 2025 lock in" reels all the time recently. I think it's like a trend at this point..? But you know what, why the heck not? I'm gonna lock in 3 weeks before my uni starts, so I don't end up looking like a caveman.
Sep 1st was absolutely terrible, but I quickly picked the challenge up the following day. I've been doing 10k+ steps every day since then, and I don't know how long these noodle legs are going to hold me, but I'll continue doing so >:3
Just thought about this, and decided to write down my goals. Here is some I can think of:
- 23.00 - 06.00 sleep schedule
- 10k+ steps every day
- 15+ or 30+ pages of reading books
- Reduced screen time (the previous blog I wrıte has more info about this)
- Eating more to increase my weight a little
- Learning more about my university & my major before it starts
- Maybe learning a 3rd language? Like French or German? idk
- Devote at least 30 mins to writing my novel(s) and blogs
- Lesser gooning (at least I don't look at porn but I still gotta lower it)
Might update this blog as days pass. So far so good, I just have to distract myself from doomscrolling and gooning.
